The Blue Badge and Freedom Pass service is moving from room 31, Hammersmith Town Hall to the H&F direct centre, 1st floor, Town Hall Extension on Friday 19th December. The service will be closed on this day for the move and will open again on Monday 22 December at 9am.

Blue Badge and Freedom Pass team are moving
The first step towards opportunity, choice and independence - Information for disabled people in Hammersmith and Fulham.
Hammersmith and Fulham’s free information service for local disabled people and of use to their carers, families and care professionals. Run by HAFAD it provides useful information about local disability services. For ease of use we have put news, calendar events and jobs into separate sections.
